SILVER LINING is the methodology that allows any company or organization to carry out Strategic Foresight exercises. The Silver lining methodology is also a contribution to the innovation for last decades in Foresight research approaches.
The evaluation of experts, the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies, as well as the contribution of a metric to evaluate the quality of the Strategic Foresight exercises and the emphasis on the need for continuous monitoring of the scenarios’ evolution, are the main innovative contributions of SILVER LINING.
The methodology is divided into five main phases that ensure CPI (continuous process improvement) in order to ensure the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.
